If you are in Australia you can apply for a subclass 820 Temporary Partner visa. You become eligible for a subclass 801 Permanent Partner visa once 2 years have passed since the date of application of subclass 820 Temporary Partner visa
Long-standing Relationship
You can be granted a Permanent Partner visa without having to wait for 2 years if your relationship is long-standing.
Subclass 300 Prospective Marriage or Fiancé Visa
This visa allows a prospective partner or fiancé of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to travel to Australia to marry their partner. Once married in Australia, the applicant can apply for a Partner visa.
