Subclass 482 Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (TSS)

Subclass 482 Temporary Skill Shortage Visa is a temporary visa that allows Australian Employers/ Businesses or overseas Businesses who want to operate in Australia to nominate a skilled worker for 1- 4 years.

Eligibility
Visa applicant should

• have the necessary skills or qualification to perform the nominated occupation
• have 2 years of relevant work experience
• meet English language requirements

Subclass 494-Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa

Subclass 494 is a temporary visa that allows Australian Employers in the regional area to sponsor skilled workers to fill skill shortages.
This visa allows the worker to live, work, and study in regional Australia for 5 years. The applicant is eligible to apply for a permanent resident visa after 3 years from visa grant

Subclass 186-Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) Visa

ENS is a permanent visa for skilled workers nominated by Australian businesses or Employers.

Eligibility
Visa applicant should

• be under 45 years of age, unless an exemption applies
• have a positive Skills assessment unless an exemption applies.
• have 3 years of relevant full-time work experience at the required skill level.
• have Competent English.
• employ or sponsor skilled workers who are already in Australia and have a visa that allows them to work
• employ or sponsor other skilled workers who may be in Australia on another type of visa which does not currently allow them to work
• sponsor skilled workers to come to Australia to work for you
